RE: Kursk University Contact was made

Hi all,

I also received the ISS transmissions this morning. When I listened to
my recordings when I came home from work (I scheduled the recording in
my computer) I only heard ISS calling a few times in russian. I couldn't
hear any QSO with the Kursk university.
Perhaps the university wasn't in the footprint of IIS at that time.
You can hear a recording of that pass on my homepage: www.pe1oig.net.
Select the AMSAT menu and click on ISS.

Subject: [amsat-bb] Kursk University Contact was made

this morning 28 Feb 2002 at 09:20 UTC the Kursk's QSO was made from RS0ISS
and RW3WWW.
I have just one minute of record and later I lost ISS on my visibility
So I don't know if this microphone have some problem or is crew voice...whis
the last crew Susan Helms voice was very clear and easy to undestand but now
I have many problem.
If you try also to listen the first tentative of QSO last year was the
same. Please try to listen my files and and compare with Susan.

Thank you ARISS support .
