UI Digipeating Satellites

With ISS and PCsast sharing the ARISS alias, users in the Northern
hemisphere have a 1200 baud UI digipeater pass opportunity plus/minus 45
minutes all day long (with a break for supper) for the week of 02-24-2002.
These times are local times:
