Hello Howard, thank you for your helpful advice about
AO-16's PSK and MixW32 program.

I had set up uncorrectly PSK31 mode in MixW32, so I couldn't
copy PSK signal from AO-16.

I'm going to re-set up correctly and test to copy it.
