Linear Transponder RS-13 Non-Inverting (CW/SSB):
Mode KT Uplink : 21.260 - 21.300 MHz
Mode A Uplink : 145.960 - 146.000 MHz
Mode KA Downlink : 29.460 - 29.500 MHz
Mode T Downlink : 145.960 - 146.000 MHz
Robot Uplink : 21.139 , 145.840 MHz
Robot Downlink : 29.458 , 29.504 MHz
Beacon frequencies : 145.862 , 145.908 MHz
I received RS-13 CW telemetry at 23:08:20z Feb 21, 2002,
with 145.862MHz, 1200bps.

And I analyzed each channels as follows.
1. Telemetry sampling period, 10 min. ; power supply 81/4 = 20.3 V
2. 2 mtr RX , 0 dB attenuator ON; power output 2m TX 08/10 = 0.8 W
3. 15 mtr RX, 0 dB attenuator ON; power output 10m TX 00/10 = 0.0 W
4. 15 mtr uplink, ON ; 15m RX-AGC 45/5 = 9.0 V
5. 2 mtr RX, OFF ; 2m RX-AGC 45/5 = 9.0 V
6. special command station channel, OFF ; command AGC 00/5 = 0.0 V
7. output power 10 mtr beacon no. 1, MAXIMUM; parame. 00/3 = 0
8. output power 10 mtr beacon no. 2, MINIMUM; parame. 00/3 = 0
9. status of first memory board, OFF ; 10m TX 24-10 = 14.0 C
10. status of second memory board, OFF ; 2m TX 30-10 = 20.0 C
11. there is infos in memory no. 1 ; 20 V power supply 32-10 = 22.0 C
12. there is infos in memory no. 2 ; 9 V power supply 30-10 = 20.0 C
13. memory data send via beacon 1 ; 9 V power supply 47/5 = 9.4 V
