[amsat-bb] Help Needed Identifying Lunar Electronics Box

My good friend, John Bosak, K3IBN, has a preamp manufactured by Lunar Electronics that he can't quite identify. 

It's a model PAG 466, with N connectors and a 12v DC input terminal.

Can anyone tell him more about this box -- maybe even have a schematic or product sheet, since Lunar is *long* gone.
