[amsat-bb] Convertor Circuits

Hi All,
Anyone knows a good address(URL please!) for some circuits for Frequency
Convertor( eg. 13cm or 23cm into 2m or 70cm)?
Is PUFF still a proposal program for simulation of some HF Circuits or
anyone has better experiences with other HF Circuits Simulator and
Calculators?
Has anyone tried to develope and manufacture a Convertor for private(Amateur
field) using?
