RS12/13 is usually in Mode A the last few years, but was just recently
switched to Mode T. If you are an Advanced or Extra you can use Mode T by
transmitting on 21.260-21.300 and listening on 145.860 to 900, USB or CW up
and down.

Other than 12/13 we currently have no entry level Mode A sats active.
