The variations are caused by the magnetorquers which are activated around
perigee to change the spacecraft attitude.. The magnetorquers create a
strong magnetic field which interacts with the earth's magnetic field.
The current attitude is spin=2.90, alon=310.3, alat=4.6 with a sunangle
SA=-38 deg.
Magnetorqueing is now under way to push alat down to 0 and increase alon
without hitting the point where the Sun sensor stops triggering.
