[amsat-bb] Drake Millecom drift

Hi guys,

One of the contributors of drift i found in my millicom is the xtal
touches the case,
appearently the original xtal was a sub mini version.  to solve the
problem i milled
out the case and it eliminated the drift due to wind and sunshine.  the
long term
instablitly is probably a component problem,   something else to do.
