[amsat-bb] AO-40 MB off?

I've been listening for AO-40 since ma255 and have not yet heard the MB.
With a range <4000 km and squints dropping to <40 deg I was expecting a very
strong signal.  Searched +/- 50 KHz from predicted doppler and +/- 30
degrees in az.

Anyone else have any observations.
