[amsat-bb] Antenna Separation

All,

Now that the dust has settles on the boom material I have decided to go with
1 1/4 PVC with a clothes rod type dowel inside (didn't use the microwave
oven for testing though!)

What is a good rule of thumb for distance between VHF and UHF antennas
besides as far as possible.  M2 recommends 11 ft and a few e-mails on this
end have gone down as low as 5 ft.
