[amsat-bb] Best HT for UO-14 ?

I am considering replacing my 10 year old HT and was wondering which HT's
seem to work best for UO-14 work. Of course I plan to use a Arrow antenna.
Any opinions on which HT's have the best features for the low orbit FM
birds?
