[amsat-bb] RS15 Status

Hi All
RS15 beacon in cw mode this evening @ 2025utc I copied the following TLM:-
iir21 inw04 iaw45 imv39
niw25 nnr44 nar23 nmr27
aiw28 anw20 aaw23 amw30
mii27 mnw24 maw22 mmr26

Tx o/p = 400mW
Power supply=9v
+5v Stabiliser=5v
Solar Battery?=17.6v
Solar Battery?=460mA
Consumption=560mA (ie -ve power budget?)
The transponder was also active ,called CQ but nobody about.
