[amsat-bb] qsl cards for w6fog

just talked with neil, w6fog, on ao-27 and uo-14. he said the post office lost 
his change of address form and returned all mail. they are going to replace any 
postage from people that sent him mail and had it returned. so send your cards 
back to neil and include the original envelope if you still have it.
